Daniel Perez founded Business AI Hub in 2024 after spending more than ten years choosing, deploying and living with business software inside small and mid-sized companies. In that time he sat on every side of the buying decision: the operator frustrated by tools that overpromised, the manager responsible for a budget, and eventually the person other teams asked for a recommendation.

That experience shaped the way he writes. Daniel is sceptical of feature lists and allergic to marketing language. He cares about the questions that actually decide whether a tool earns its place: what it costs once you scale, what it replaces, where it quietly breaks, and how long it really takes to get value out of it.

He leads editorial direction at Business AI Hub, sets the testing standards every review follows, and personally works through the AI tools, productivity apps and automation platforms he writes about. When he recommends something, it is because he would put it in front of a team he was responsible for.
