Editorial Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Business AI Hub exists to help professionals make better software decisions. That only works if you can trust what you read here. This page explains exactly how our content is produced, reviewed and maintained, and the principles that keep our recommendations independent. It applies to every article on the site.

Our review methodology

We evaluate every tool against the questions that actually determine whether it earns a place in someone's workflow — not a vendor's feature checklist. For each product we review, we work through:

  • Hands-on use. Wherever a free trial or plan exists, we create an account and use the product on realistic tasks before forming an opinion.
  • Pricing reality. We look past the headline price to what a tool costs as a team grows, including the limits that push you to a higher tier.
  • Onboarding and effort. We note how long it realistically takes to get value, because the best tool on paper is worthless if nobody adopts it.
  • Fit, not hype. We describe who a tool is for and, just as importantly, who it is not for. Almost nothing is right for everyone.

Research standards

Hands-on testing is the foundation, but it is never the whole picture. To make sure our guidance reflects how tools behave beyond our own use, we also:

  • Read official documentation, pricing pages and changelogs so we describe what a product does today.
  • Cross-reference reputable, verified review platforms and active user communities to surface recurring strengths and complaints.
  • Prefer primary sources over second-hand summaries, and we are explicit when something is our opinion rather than a verifiable fact.

Fact-checking process

Before an article is published, a second person checks the claims that matter: prices, plan limits, feature availability and any specific numbers. Comparison tables are checked against the vendors' own current pricing pages. If we cannot verify a claim, we either remove it or clearly frame it as an estimate. When we quote a figure that changes often — such as pricing — we treat it as a snapshot and revisit it on our update schedule.

Update policy

Software changes constantly, and outdated advice is its own kind of misinformation. We review published articles on a rolling schedule and after any major product change we become aware of. When we make a substantive update, we change the "Updated" date shown at the top of the article. Minor fixes (typos, broken links) are made without a date change. If a tool is discontinued or changes so much that our recommendation no longer stands, we revise or retire the article.

Independence statement

Business AI Hub is independent. We are not owned by, and do not publish on behalf of, any software vendor. No company can pay us for a positive review, a ranking position or inclusion in a comparison. Our rankings reflect our genuine assessment of which tools serve readers best for a given need. If that ever changed, this page would say so plainly.

How we make money & our disclosure policy

Independent publishing has to be funded somehow. Business AI Hub may earn revenue in two transparent ways:

  • Affiliate links. Some links to products are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences whether a tool is recommended or where it ranks.
  • Advertising. We may display advertising provided by third-party networks. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and advertisers have no input into what we write or recommend.

Corrections

We get things wrong sometimes, and when we do we want to fix it quickly and openly. If you spot an error — an outdated price, a feature that no longer exists, a broken link — please tell us at Daniel.prp189@gmail.com. We treat corrections as a priority, because accuracy matters to us more than being first.

Who writes our content

Every article is attributed to a named author, and each author has a public profile describing their background and areas of expertise. You can browse them on our authors page. We do not publish anonymous or ghost-written reviews.
