Advertiser Disclosure

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Business AI Review is a free, independent publication. Producing careful, hands-on software reviews takes time and money, and we believe readers deserve to know exactly how that work is funded. This page sets out every way the site earns revenue and, more importantly, the firewall that keeps those arrangements from influencing what we write.

Editorial independence

Our editorial team has complete control over what we cover and what we conclude. No advertiser, affiliate partner or sponsor can buy a positive review, a higher ranking, or inclusion in a comparison. Commercial relationships are managed entirely separately from editorial decisions, and our writers are instructed to evaluate every product as if no money were on the table — because, as far as the recommendation is concerned, none is. If a tool is the right choice, we say so; if it is not, we say that too, regardless of any partnership.

Affiliate relationships

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to sign up for or purchase a product, we may earn a commission. This comes at no additional cost to you — you pay exactly what you would have paid otherwise. Affiliate revenue helps keep the site free, but it never determines which tools we recommend or the order in which we rank them. We include affiliate links only for products we would recommend anyway, and plenty of the tools we praise have no affiliate programme at all.

Sponsored content policy

Our default position is simple: the reviews and comparisons that make up the core of this site are never sponsored. If we ever publish content that is paid for or produced in partnership with a company, it will be clearly and prominently labelled as sponsored or partnered, and it will be visually and editorially distinct from our independent reviews. Sponsored placement will never be disguised as an independent recommendation, and a sponsorship can never alter the conclusions of our editorial coverage elsewhere on the site.

Advertising transparency

We may display advertising served by third-party networks, including Google. These ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and the advertisers have no knowledge of, or input into, what we write or recommend. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites; you can manage how your data is used for advertising in your account and browser settings, and we explain the details in our cookie policy and privacy policy.

Questions

If anything about how we are funded is unclear, or you would like to discuss a partnership, email us at Daniel.prp189@gmail.com. For the full picture of how we work, see our review methodology and editorial policy.
